Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy – Velvya Clothing

At Velvya Clothing, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

Return / Exchange Policy

  • Return/Exchange is available only for selected products

  • Eligibility is clearly mentioned on each product page

  • Policies may be updated without prior notice

Pickup & Shipping

  • If reverse pickup is available → we will arrange it

  • If not available in your area → you will need to self-ship the product to our address

Charges

  • Return/Exchange charges may apply depending on the case

 Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Quality issues / product mismatch

  • Incorrect size, colour, or design received

  • Missing items in combo orders

  • Wrong or damaged product delivered

⏱️ Refund Timeline

  • After product pickup & verification

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Important Return Conditions

To be eligible for return/exchange:

  • Item must be unused & unwashed

  • Must include original packaging, tags & labels

  • Products without tags will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products

  • Products marked as non-returnable / sale items (if applicable)

Return Request Window

  • Return/Exchange request must be raised within the specified time mentioned on the product page

  • Requests after the return window will not be accepted
