We offer easy doorstep size exchange for eligible products.
How to Request a Size Exchange

Our team will process your request and arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be:

Unworn

Unwashed
-
Unused and in original condition
-
With all original tags & packaging intact
Size Exchange Charges
A ₹100 logistics fee per outfit will be applicable for:

Reverse pickup
-
Re-dispatch of the exchanged product
Not Eligible for Size Exchange

When Exchanges Are NOT Accepted
Colour Difference
A slight colour variation (10–15%) may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
Exchange/return is not applicable for this reason.
Material or Colour Preference
If you do not like the fabric or colour after delivery, exchange/return will not be accepted.
Change of Mind
No exchange/return will be accepted due to change of mind after placing the order.
