Size Exchange & Returns Policy – Velvya Clothing

At Velvya Clothing, we follow a customer-friendly policy to ensure your shopping experience is smooth, stress-free, and fully supported. We’re always here to help — before and after your purchase.

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

Easy Size Exchange (India Only)

We offer easy doorstep size exchange for eligible products.

How to Request a Size Exchange

  • Raise a request within 7 days of delivery

  • Email us at velvya5906@gmail.com with:

    • Your Order Number

    • The new size required

Our team will process your request and arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a size exchange, the product must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unused and in original condition

  • With all original tags & packaging intact

Size Exchange Charges

A ₹100 logistics fee per outfit will be applicable for:

  • Reverse pickup

  • Re-dispatch of the exchanged product

Not Eligible for Size Exchange

  • Items purchased on SALE

  • International orders

We encourage you to clarify all your doubts before placing an order — including:

When Exchanges Are NOT Accepted

Colour Difference

A slight colour variation (10–15%) may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
 Exchange/return is not applicable for this reason.

 Material or Colour Preference

If you do not like the fabric or colour after delivery, exchange/return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind

No exchange/return will be accepted due to change of mind after placing the order.

Exchange Due to Size Issues

  • Please check the size chart before ordering

  • If unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance

If you still face size issues:

  • Email within 2 days of delivery

  • Share:

    • Order Number

    • Clear description of the issue

Important:

  • Exchange depends on size availability

  • ₹100 logistics fee applies

  • No exchange on SALE items

Damaged / Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

 Steps:

  • Email us within 2 days of delivery at velvya5906@gmail.com

  • Attach:

    • Proper unboxing video (mandatory)

    • Clear product images

    • Order number

After Verification:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged

  • Replacement will be sent (subject to stock availability)

  • If unavailable → Store Credit (valid for 30 days)

International Orders

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on international orders
